lost a much cherished saphire and diamond ring

Am writing is desparation. I seem to have lost a much cherished saphire and diamond ring between 12:30 and 1:30pm today in the Rue Franklin/Schuman area. If any one finds it please email me at pallavi.aiyar@gmail.com. I would be happy to offer a reward for any information. Thanks
