Looking for a Restaurant

Does anyone know of a restaurant run by two Finnish women in Brussels? Or perhaps it's a café or tea-room, my source wasn't too sure. I believe it's somewhere near Place Flagey.
On the supposition that it actually exists, I'd be most grateful if someone could kindly give me the address.
