Looking for a puppy

Question

14 years ago we were hugely lucky to find a puppy through expats. Sadly she died recently and we realise that we have a huge hole in our lives. I know we are being optimists but maybe we will get lucky a second time. We are looking for a puppy, a good, friendly family pet. Not too bothered about gender but do want a biggish, friendly dog who wants long walks and big cuddles . We are keeping an eye on the various refuges but I don't want a staffie/bulldog kind of dog. Something large and fluffy and doofus!

Best to buy a puppy (or any pet) from a registered breeder and get all the legal and medical information confirmed by a veterinarian before purchase.
