He speaks French, Flemish and English. His English is superb and he seems quite knowledgeable, patient, and good bedside manner. I left most female-specific questions to my gynecologist so I can't speak with experience on anything more than getting birth control pills.
If you want to make an appointment, you have to call before 10:00. I was always able to get in to see him on the same day but my work schedule is pretty flexible. Hope you find someone that works for you.
