Looking for Coconut flour

If there's one place you can find coconut flour in Brussels, it gotta be Matongé. The African quarter. Get off the métro at Porte de Namur, and ask for Chaussée de Wavre. Once you get there, there's about 100 African shops that prolly have coconut powder. They have some pretty good chillis too.

I recommend to use dessicated coconut frozen- They still have the richness in flavour and taste.

You can also get it in any of the BioPlanet stores. For some reason, there's not one in Brussels, but there's one in Leuven and in Groot-Bijgaarden.
