Looking for Child/Education Psychologist (WISC/IQ testing) in Belgium or UK.

Question

I'm moving to the US (Washington DC metro area) from Belgium this summer for work. I'm moving with my 8-year old and have started looking for schools for him there. I'm particularly looking for international or private schools and have made contact with a few of them. One of the admission requirements is for him to complete a WISC test (full name: Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children IV) which is typically administered by a child/education psychologist/counsellor. I've asked the teachers in his school (he goes to one of the international schools) here in Belgium for help with locating a child/education psychologists in Belgium but none could help.
Does anyone know of any professionally qualified child/education psychologists/counsellors in Belgium, in particular one that administers WISC/psychometric/IQ tests for school children? We also welcome any suggestions/contacts for similar-type psychologists/counsellors in the UK. We are British and willing to go to the UK to have him tested, if no luck in Belgium.
Thanks

Try all of the 3 big international schools, as one of them will have a contact.

Wherever you go to school even if international, you also have the right to use the CLB/ PMS services. Contact the relevant one where you live and engage a local education psychologist. Many of the CLB ones in particular should be able to do the test in English.

Please be aware of the possible consequences of working in the USA. Contact with that country can now be toxic. FATCA is really starting to bite now. Apologies if you are already aware, but many have absolutely no idea what the USA is doing here.

Thanks for all your responses. I can absolutely confirm that CHS offers the WISC-IV testing and in English too.

I also found a private practioner who also conducts the test in English. Her email is violetta.szewczuk@gmail.com. I used her instead of CHS as she was immediately available to meet my son. I was very pleased with her and my son felt totally comfortable with her.

Either way CHS or Violetta should be able to help anyone else with similar needs.
