Looking for blog help!

I am creating my blog (blogspot) and I am going through a lot of difficulties. Even with the Help-function I can not solve them. Less space between pictures / gadgets, creating links to PDF-documents, changing lay-out etc. Are you an experienced blog user and are you interested in helping me for a couple of hours? I am willing to pay for it.
