location furnished apartment

Hello,

Currently looking for a property to buy, I want to take my time to find the rare pearl but I have to leave the apartment I occupy for the end of July.

 I am therefore looking for a furnished apartment where I can live and whose owner accepts a renewable short lease.

Ideally, close to the European School of Brussels I - Uccle.

Need to have 2 bedrooms (for my 10 year old son and myself) + office or third bedroom (working bcp from home).

Apartment of ±100m², outdoor space if possible (I have a nice cat).

I have a very good income (architect official) + a rental contribution of a property that I own --> rent of the order of 1,500-€ possible or more depending on the charges.
