Liver specialist?

Dear all,

A friend of mine was just diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B and needs to followed closely by a liver specialist.

As there are many promising things happening in the treatment of hepatitis B right now, it would be important for her to find a (cutting-edge) liver specialist, not just a gastro. Would anyone have a recommendation? She lives in Brussels and does not speak Flemish, but is of course willing to go anywhere for the right specialist.
