Does anyone know of any libraries in Brussels, i need peace quiet during my studies using my laptop and books.

Brussels Ville or region?
For Bruxelles Ville.

Hello !

You can go to "Bibliothèque royale de Belgique" it's at Le mont des Arts, close to la Place Royale (tram 93 Royal or Parc)
