Question

Can anyone please explain to me this sentence, which is part of a limited power of attorney? What I don't understand starts with "it only has"
Given that the present power of attorney does not grant any management power but only representation power, it only has 'external' implications, such that it may be appealed to by third parties but never by the power of attorney holder.

I'll be grateful.

Pay a lawyer in the country in which the power of attorney applies to explain it to you.
1. Wrong language for Belgian law
2. This is not a forum where you get good general legal advice
3. Your question makes no sense without quite a lot more context than you have given.
