Question

Hey there !
Will be leaving Belgium for a shortwhile but coming back.
Do i need to inform the commune if I am away? should there be anything they need to contact me for, etc?

You only need to inform them if you are moving your place of residence (i.e. where you are taxed)

Hi qwerty I don't think so if it's just a few weeks many people travel for a while over the summer.
Our commune don't seem to care that our son is in the UK at university. They are still happy to give him a new ID card
