Lease registration

As answered alreday many times on this website, since the new laws of 2007, the landlords are required by laws to register any lease contract IF AND ONLY IF it a Main Residence contract having a duration of 9 years.

The goal is to be sure your rights as tenant are protected during 9 years even if the landlord would sell his property.
