CVO-KNVB have Dutch courses at various times of day, you go to their HQ and take a course then choose between whatever vacancies are still left for the coming term in Jan 2012. It's not far from WSL

WSL has its own communal language school but you would probably have to wait till September.

CVO Tervuren-Hoeilaart has courses in Tervuren, Kraainem, Wezembeek-Oppem and Hoeilaart. Again unless you already know a bit of Dutch, you are likely to have to wait until September to join a class.

In WSP there is IEPS which does evening only Dutch courses.

All these options are very cheap. You can supplement these formal classes with free language or almost free converstation "tables"...
