Lawyer in Antwerp

Hello

Could someone recommend a good English-speaking lawyer in Antwerp that can help me retrieve my rental deposit? Preferably, someone who can help me from far (email/phone/skype etc) - I live in Germany, speak no Dutch and I have already spent too much time and ticket money trying to deal with a greedy landlady (details here: http://www.xpats.com/rental-deposit-unusual-situation).
Furthermore, I just found out that the said greedy landlady is a lawyer herself so I need someone who knows the system to represent me in court.

Unfortunately, the Huurdersbond in Antwerp has so far been more trouble than help - they even made me fly over and then “lost” my appointment and refused to see me - so that’s not an option.

Any recommendations/advice would be welcome.
