Laptop during sales - where?

Question

I need to get a new laptop. Now should be a good time since there are sales.

Question: where is the best place to buy a laptop with promotions (any specific shops, online shops, etc)? I've alreay been in MediaMarkt but they have limited sales for laptops and also AZERTY keyboard.

alternate.de and you can compare prices with alternate.be alternate.nl.

I know a friend got a laptop at saturn.de (physical store in Germany but you can see prices online) and she said it was cheaper that she could find in Belgium, but can't verify since I didn't do the comparisons.

LDLC.com sometimes also has good deals on computer parts not sure about laptops but you can check.
