Landlord problem Please help

As in your previous post about this situation, if you do pay the etat des lieux you can then make a legal document saying that you are not happy with the total but have paid everything in full.
You would then have to take your landlord to court for any settlement. All of this would be at your cost if you lost the case and the landlords cost if you win.
