Kipkap ?

Question

Anybody know what kipkap is ?
Sounds like a chicken flavoured kitkat ??

Kip-kap is a local bar snack common in Brussels and surrounding areas.
It's a sort of lunchmeat made from, allegedly, pig cheeks suspended in gelatin.

They serve it at Restobieres in Brussels. It's a lot nicer than it sounds!

AKA Tête pressé in French, which gives the game away.

I love it in the Mort Subite, washed down with mustard and a big glass of Faro.
