I would like to know if all state schools (Kindergareten and elementaryschools) in Antwerp are in the Flemish language or if any of them is bilingual (Flemish and English). I know there are some International schools in Antwerp but they all seem very expensive.

All Dutch only. Dutch community education has no "immersion" or "bilingual" programs.
