Keeping my 11 year old occupied this summer

Question

Hi, I'm trying to find somewhere where my 11 year old girl could spend the day (while we go to work). A full day English course would be great, or sports or some DIY activity. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks

I

Firstly you don't say which languages your 11 year old speaks/understands and secondly you don't say where you live.

As a starter, here is the most comprehensive compilation of stages in Brussels, mainly in French.

Also, tell us where you want the courses.

Check with the British School of Brussels. They used to run summer stages. Hurry as they fill up fast!

I do find it strange that people post questions that are hard to answer because of lack of information, then they don't come back to check and add the vital pieces of lacking information which would lead to decent answers.

If you use the link posted above, search per commune and for "été" you will find a comprehensive list is produced, attention, there is often more than one page and it's not obvious, go to the bottom of the page to "page suivante". If you were looking for stages in English or to learn English, well the international schools will have their programmes finalised after Easter, after that time, you'll find the BCT publishes a list of Summer stages in English or to learn English. Return to the BCT facebook page after Easter and you might be able to see this list.
