Does anyone have a problem with a colleague not talking to them even though they profess to be professional and have good communications with colleagues?
I have a colleague who won't say even say good morning and I find this extremely rude, unprofessional and childish.
I am not the only person this has happened to and wonder whether I should continue to be polite or just ignore her which, to my mind, would make me as petty as my colleague.
Opinions please.
