Internet without cable?
Question
Have internet from Belgacom, it works fine -- but only with a cable plugged into the computer. I can't work out how to make the wifi work. I call Belgacom and predictably am kept on hold for 40 mins. Any advice on how to get the wifi working? Maybe there is a quick fix, just a setting I am overlooking etc...? thanks
Who set up the internet for you? You or Belgacom? If it was Belgacom they should have giving you a network name and password key for that network. Ours was written on the Belgacom instruction manual for us. If you know your network name does any of the devices pick up on this network?
