Insurance for Test Drive

Hi all.

I'm looking to buy a used car. Don't have one currently, thus I have no insurance.

Do I need to take out some sort of insurance to test drive cars sold by individuals, or will I be covered under the seller's insurance Or does it depend on their insurance policy?
