ING online banking

Question

I bank online with ING and up until this month, I used to be able to enter payment details one day, and have the payment executed the next to any Belgian bank account.
However, in the last month or so I have discovered that ING will not allow me to execute an online payment the next day, instead, I have to wait 3 working days.
Has anyone else noticed this change?

Yep, same for me, with no notification from ING. It was a pretty backwards arrangement to begin with, and now it's just got three times as bad
