ING card reader

Not sure which category to place this under but have any of you been sent a new ING card reader?

This is a sort of box code thing that you have to use when using your pin number to make purchases on line.

It's an awful faddle to do - takes ages and ages.

I do quite a lot of Internet shopping. Is there any way around this?
