Information about Disneyland

Question

We are hoping to take our kid to Disneyland Paris for his birthday in late May. Does anyone have any advice? Where should we buy tickets? Are both parks worth visiting? Would it be cheaper to buy a package including tickets and hotel rather than tickets for the parks and hotel separately? Are there hotels that provide meals or would we need to eat out all the time? How may days is enough for a visit? Is 2 days too short? Should we do 3 instead? Do we just take a train from Brussels to Paris? Our budget is tight, so we would appreciate any money-saving tips.

3 days would be better but you can do both parks in 2 though, it depends on your kids age but ours(3 &1) enjoyed both, especially the shows in the studio park. If said sprog is older then the rides are good too.
The train from Brussels will stop right at the park and there are the disney hotels within walking distance from the station or a transfer can be arranged. If you chose a disney hotel then tickets are included in the price, there isn't a lot else that close to chose from either so if you went somewhere else you'd need to factor in transport.

Cafe Mickey is a must too in the village, you need to book but characters will come along during your breakfast, lunch whatever. Kids love it.
Can't really give you tips on saving money, it's disney and they want you to spend. Just research the costs carefully.

Book and buy everything online, it's easier.

Do your own pricing of options, it really depends on your choices what is cheapest.
There is nowhere to eat for cheap inside Disneyland. Outside in Disney Village there is at least Macdonald's.
Avoid weekends.
Late May is UK school holidays, check also French school holidays.
