Immigration lawyer - Belgium

Question

Hi,

My application for the Belgian passport has been rejected on baseless arguments. I have 15 days to appeal. Does anyone know any good lawyer that can help, ideally someone you have personal experience with?

Many thanks,

LuvBelgium

More information would be helpful? What nationality are you currently?

Non-EU. I applied this year at the commune, under the new procedure. Thanks for any helpful answer.

The "quick" procedure is merely box-ticking. You tick all the boxes, and you get it. The slightest doubt, and it's no.

Nothing to argue about usually. You may not agree, and you may not like it.

The best people to advise you are the people who said "no".

Hi. I am an Afghan boy with my mother. I have been in Sweden from august 2013 and applied for asylum. but we were turned down by the Immigration Office and they wanted to relocate us to Afghanistan but we could not float your order we can not live secure in Afghanistan. When I moved to Sweden I was 16 years old and now I'm 18. I moved from Sweden to Turkey because they wanted to send us to Afghanistan, but I moved myself with my mother. Now I am in Turkey and want come back to Belgium and I prove that I was in Turkey.we have a medical certificate as proof that we were in Turkey. I wonder if there is any chance to apply for asylum in Belgium, and if you can help us?
