To set up as "independent" you do not strictly need an accountant. You need to go in person to the various offices anyway,

Avoid the BDO at any cost..
I know them through my friend who was their client.
They are very attentive, professional until they get you on their hook, once you are their customer they are sloppy, inattentive, ghosting when you ask them a question, they try to rip off the customers for every single things.. Once they tried to charge my friend 500 Euros for a document which is provided for free by government, he shared this and his other experiences with us. I believe it is important that these kind of companies known in our circles.
