hypnotherapy
I have been dealing with insomnia for many years and while I haven't tried hypnotherapy I have tried everything else under the sun. I just started taking omega 3 supplements a couple months ago for an unrelated reason and noticed that my insomnia wasn't as bad as long as I keep a regular schedule and limit my caffeine intake. I did a little research and apparently it helps with the onset of sleep (my particular type of insomnia). Hope this helps.
