I have some stains on my carpet ( cat pee) I have tried vinegar, carpet cleaner and cannot remove the stains. The carpet is glued to the concrete floor so I cannot even take it out and wash it.Any ideas re products etc would be grateful.

Hire a professional carpet cleaner is probably your best bet.
You could also try going into a good pet shop to see if they have anything to remove stains.
Depending on what colour the carpet is and how colour fast it is you could also try something like oxi clean, but I would do a test patch first.
