how to get back the bank deposit from a rented house?

Question

We have moved from our rental house where the manager was unhappy about some things. We agreed to pay the necessary things. However, although we tried to contact the company twice , we did not get any replies. So neither they nor we have signed to get the bank deposit bank. As it is not an actual owner but a company, we do not how who to deal with. How does one get the remaining money after a couple of years? there was a way to do this via commune. Does anybody know this?

Thanks a lot.

Presuming that you are talking about the guarantee deposit which can be up to three months' rent. It should have been handled separately from the landlord's other finances and the rent, and placed in a special account. This is normally signed by both parties and held at the bank. This has noting to do with the commune.
My guess is that after 'a couple of years' this may already be too late.
But best to start with the bank where the deposit was made.

Unless the company obtained a court order for the money to be released it will still be in the blocked bank account as both parties' signatures are normally required for the money to be released. If you are entitled to the return of the money you can apply to a juge de paix for the account to be unblocked and the money returned to you.

Send them another letter and this time register it with the post office state that you want them to sign for the return of your money. Say that if they don't you will seek legal redress and see if that helps.

If your credit is adequate to rent a flat, ought to be the same as a house. mobile homes for sale austin tx. The undeniable con of renting a house is that you're in charge of water bills, while it's normally free in an apartment.
