House value

Hi all

wondering if you can help from your experience. I am looking to put my house on the market - 5 bedrooms, by the commune, south west facing garden all renovated etc etc, but am struggling with the valuation

I have checked out immoweb but it doesnt tell you how much things actually sold for and I had a couple of agents round who gave me wildly varying quotes?!

Anyone have experienc of buying in Uccle that would be happy to share the details with me?! I dont want to overvalue it but at the same time its been done up really nicely and just the price per m2 isnt really reflective
