House Expert in Overijse
Hi All,
We've recently put in an offer on a house which has been accepted but as the bank will not be sending an expert to survey the house, we'd like to hire one. Can anyone recommend someone in Overijse or surrounding area? And does it make a difference if we have this done before or after the signing of the "compromis" given that we've already made the offer?

Your bank will only send an expert if you need a mortgage!

Once you will have asked a mortgage to your bank, they will send an expert to estimate the real value of the property, wathever the seller asks you (this is not relevant for the bank!).
