Horta station closed by police

Don't know if the police has caught anyone, but I find vandalism / aggression / incivility has been on considerable increase in Brussels over recent years. Wrote recently to Mrs Milquet to express my concerns, naturally without response, although on TV yesterday I heard her say she will lower the age (from 18 to 16 ?) at which criminal charges can be brought, and indeed many of the vandals are surely very young.
