Is Heysel Parc directly at the metro station Heysel? And is it a very big parc?

When you get off the metro at Heysel you are at the Atomimum. There is a large park directly there which is the Parc of Laeken and Ossegem Park combined. Its also the park where the kings residence is. Its suitable to walk around and picnic and play ball.
