Hedge Disease

Hi All,

I noticed that our privet hedge (ligustrum ovalifolium) is not growing that much this year (only had to give it one light clipping this year compared to 3 heavy clippings last year) and most of the leaves seem to be browning a little (brown in patches - normally all leaves should be a nice bright green colour). Anybody know what the problem might be? where could I bring a sample of it to have it examined by experts? thanks in advance for any help / advice.
