Sounds like you might be Irish. If you have just arrived - a little advice from my experience. Most medicines here are sold under different brand names than they are in Ireland. You can find nearly everything same as home (except sudocream equivalent in my experience) but you need to find a pharmacist or doctor to help you with the brand names.
