Hairdresser open in the morning

There are none !

My neighbour, not in Brussels, is a small scale hairdresser - the owner and a shampoo assistant.
Her posted hours are from 9.00 but she lives over the shop and certainly opens much earlier - 07.00 - for specifically booked clients as a one-off.
If you can find someone operating in a similar situation you have nothing to lose by asking; they don't want to turn business away.
