Can anyone recommend a hairdresser in Brussels for women's cuts? I don't want to spend over 30 euro and I want a good cut for my money. I have long wavy hair and need someone who knows how to manage that kind of hair. Too many bad haircuts to count!

For a cut alone you will be hard pushed to get it for €30. And a good one - forget it! Unless maybe there are special offers during the week in some places. But I would not expect good. Maybe a barber can give better value if its just a cut alone.
