Hair color

Hello everyone!
Could you please recommend a hair salon in Woluwe or Zaventem for highlight and/or coloring? Also, what does it normally cost? I called one salon and was told it would be 90 euro for highlight, which sounds expensive... But since i never colored my hair at a salon, I thought I should ask people around (and get some suggestions as well). Thanks a lot!
