Gutters

Hi,

Gutters: my lease states I need to have the roof gutters cleaned each year (and produce a certificate of proof).

Am I allowed to do this myself?

Alternatively, how much would it cost to have gutters cleaned by someone who can produce said certificate (an average height, 4 bedroom villa) - and any recommendations (or warnings)
