Group accomodation in Brussels?

Question

Hi, I am looking for affordable group accomodation in Brussels for a group of some 20 friends in coming December. Apart from the long since booked hostels, there seems hardly any existing here. Any names, contacts, links?

Have you tried this one? It's a bit far out from attractions, but near Herman-Debroux metro on line 5, less than 30 minutes to the city centre.
