Have you talked to the planning department (urbanism) at your local commune? It would be wise to see what might be allowed and what the implications (water usage, etc) might be BEFORE starting to talk to potential suppliers.

Verheyden Pools in Overijse have a good reputation. I know they installed a neighbour's pool and they are very pleased with the work.
