Question
My brother is coming to visit and wants to sample the traditional Moules frites for lunch. Can anyone recommend somewhere traditional (but not too touristy) in the centre of town?

Chez Leon is fabulous, welcoming and won't rip you off.
You need to book or queue outside for a long time.
