I would certainly reccommend Dr. Graham Hutchings. He practices at St. Luc Hospital (10 Avenue Hippocrate, 1200 Brussels). Surely not near Ixelles but if you are looking for an absolute gem of a doctor who is English speaking and as well nominal charges.
