Are there any Girl Scouts around Brussels? Or does anyone have a Cookie connection over here?

Girl Guides or Boy Scouts. Yes, loads of them. They have been known to make their own cookies.

There's a us scout and guides group based at isb, may be if you email the main office they can pass your query along

If I remember correctly, last yearthere was someone selling their Girl Scout cookies at Stonemanor. If it is the cookies you are after, maybe check with them if this is going to be the case this year.
