Gift voucher "Ticket Compliments" refused

Hello!

Has anyone had problems buying with the "Ticket Compliments" vouchers that companies give to their employees? (it's like a meal voucher but you can buy from Zara, Media Markt, Planet Parfum...)

I have recently received mine and today I tried to buy something from one of the stores advertised in the leaflet and they refused them!!!!

The store is called "Oil & Vinegar" in Woluwe shopping center... apparently they cannot accept them as from January... (????) while other stores are taking them right now.

Is this normal/right?
