Getting into real estate

Belgium is overcrowded already with real estates and relocation agencies dedicated to expats.
Moreover since 80% of the Belgians are owner of at least one real estate, plenty of properties are to rent. Expats do have a huge choice (not like in France where potential tenants make the queue in the stairs for a visit).

But if you want to settle a real estate company for expats, competition will be huge.
You will also need to be IPI certified.
