Question

Can anyone please recommend a good priced, reliable gardner who preferably speaks English (even if just a little). I live in Steenokkerzeel. Thank you

Check out your local PWA (Plaatselijk Werkgelegenheidsagentschap).
I don't know where it might be in Steenokk but it is commonly attached to the local 'Job Centre'.
The system works broadly similar to Dienst Cheques and you pay €5.95/hour which can be set against your tax.
