garbage fine

Question

Dear all,

Just a question about garbage fine. we have been fined for putting all in one white color garbage bag which we didnot know. coz we were new, we paid fine now again they sent us another fine for same garbage mistake.

doesnot anyone have had this bad experience? how many times top pay fines?? though after that we use all different bags\

"coz we were new" is not an exvuse at all!!!

When you apply to get a residence permit at your commune, you are invited to the "Welcome party" where all the communal rules are explained to you.

So the first law in Begium is "Nobody is allowed to ignore the laws"
